Commercializing a building involves navigating through various complexities and challenges. To assist landlords in effectively marketing their projects, we initiated a comprehensive approach that began with the creation of moodboards. These moodboards served as a visual foundation, capturing the intended atmosphere and style of the spaces to be commercialized. Building upon this initial concept, we meticulously developed detailed 2D plans that outlined the spatial layout, functionality, and flow of the 2,500 m² area.
